A portion or your total balance will be due at the time of securing your spa appointment or nail class, this deposit will go towards your full balance and will be NONREFUNDABLE. >>We understand unexpected things happen. However, if you need to cancel your appointment less than 48 hours of said time or canceling/ rescheduling a Same-Day appointment your deposit will be forfeited. We ask that at the time you realize a reschedule is needed that you promptly write to your technician of changes. >> Please limit distractions during your relaxation time, this helps prevent accidents and miscommunication. >>MAJOR CHANGES: Time may not allow for any add-ons.
